In this section it found the great variety of works that we made for our clients and pieces in general on who we worked.
Step 1 | Strip Existing Door: In order to restore a door to its original beauty, the door must first be stripped down to naked wood or fiberglass.
Step 2 | Sand to Perfection: With the old finish removed, the door is prepped to receive the new finish. This is done through meticulous sanding to remove blemishes from the old coat.
Step 3 | Stain Door: Next, a new coat of stain is applied to the raw door to restore the vibrant natural look.
Step 4 | Seal Door With Epoxy: We seal every door in a high-quality epoxy sealer. This bonds the stain to the door as well as helps preserve the wood.
Step 5 | Marine Grade Finish: We seal all of our doors in at least 6 coats of a Hi-Build varnish equivalent to 12 coats of a traditional varnish. Then we apply a top coat. This results in a marine grade finish that you can count on to withstand the constant beating of the elements.
